IsenbergADR is a private consulting firm providing conflict prevention, resolution and management services
exclusively to the design and construction industry and its partners.
We wish to partner with the legal community
and the insurance industry to develop creative conflict prevention and resolution strategies before disputes become claims.
Principal, Jay H. Isenberg, AIA (full CV) brings a wide ranging background and
skillset to the table as a mediator, arbitrator and dispute prevention consultant. His steady hand, balanced approach and
tenacious commitment to the process establishes an atmosphere of productive negotiation and trust for both client and counsel.
Mr. Isenberg is a licensed architect with over 20 years practice experience, a mediator and arbitrator of design and
construction disputes since 1995 and an adjunct faculty member at the University of Minnesota School of Architecture teaching courses
in professional practice and integrated design.
